In Texas… where EVERYTHING is BIG, Terri Jaggers, an Alumni of Houston Baptist University, fulfills her role as wife, community leader and mother in Texas fashion. Terri married her best friend PAT just 16 days after they met, and have been married 23 years. Together, they have been a part of the National Foster Care system, fostering 24 children and adopting 5 children, in addition to their own. Terri is also a former NFPA Board member.

Terri’s work with the Texas Legislature has brought about significant changes that ensure every Texas child has the opportunity to live in a safe and permanent home. Terri has extended her work as a Missionary to an orphanage in Costa Rica and one day expects to assist in international adoptions.
