General Information
Exhibit tables are 6 ft long, are covered, and include two chairs. You can reserve additional tables as well.
Exhibit area will be open for three full days, 8am – 6pm on June 5, 6, 7, plus 8am -1pm on June 8. These hours will give conference participants more opportunities to visit the exhibit area. However, exhibitors are not required to staff their exhibit space at all times.
Reservation Cost
$100 per table - for all vendors
$50 per table - for non-profit organizations, child welfare agencies, and conference presenters.
Additional tables are available at the same per table rate.

To become an exhibitor at the NFPA conference follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Fill out the Reservation Form
Step 2 - Payment
To pay by credit card: complete the
Exhibitor Online Payment form and follow the steps until you have completed your payment.
To pay by check: send a check with a copy of your Reservation Form by postal mail.
Step 3 - Send Reservation Form
If you are paying by check, send a copy of the reservation form and your check to:
